How Can I Help My Spark Plugs Longer?

Clean them regularly with a cloth (or use compressed air to blast debris off). Scrape the firing ends with fine-grit sandpaper, and then use a wire brush to scrub the threads. You can even just spray brake cleaner on the plugs and wipe them off.
