What Does it Cost to Repair Common Chrysler Concorde Problems on Average?

1. Suspension

Concorde models from between '93 and '04 -- those with 230,000 miles or fewer on their odometers nowadays -- have known issues like bad stabilizer bar links and struts. If you hear rattling or clunking while driving at low speeds, then most likely, the bushings or end links on the sway bar in the front suspension are the trouble -- they've probably worn out. Links can run $100 minimum, while struts usually run $400 or more.

2. Fuel System

Models from between 1993 and 2003 with 196,000 or fewer miles on their odometers these days have a known issue where gas leaks from the fuel rail, the O-ring seals on the rail, or from the fuel injectors, owing to cracking. A Chrysler recall may still be of help to you, but if you don't qualify for it, you'll have to reinforce the rail yourself, plus replace the seals. Seals run tens of dollars in most cases, while fuel pumps go for $500 to $700 and fuel injectors run about $300.

3. Engine

If your Concorde is from between '93 to 2004 and has 221,000 or fewer miles on its odometer today, it has a known issue where its camshaft sensor or crankshaft sensor may fail. If you're having trouble starting the car, this is the likely cause. You'll have to replace the faulty sensor(s). Crankshaft sensors run $100 to $140 and camshaft sensors run $115 to $240.
